PRODUCTS
We take great care to ensure that our flowers & gifts leave us in peak condition. All products are sent in custom made boxes to protect them during transit. The flowers will be securely packed inside with the message card, flower food and care instructions.
In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal quality and value.
DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery
ALL our products include FREE STANDARD DELIVERY by Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery by this option. We normally despatch flowers two days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive a day early. However, our 18 years of experience shows that over 95% of deliveries arrive the next working day.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERIES can take place up to 5pm on Monday to Friday and up to 1pm on a Saturday.
Special Delivery
You can upgrade to SPECIAL DELIVERY on all our products for an additional £5.00 to guarantee delivery on the day of your choice. Please note some products include SPECIAL DELIVERY and this will be clearly stated at the selection stage.
SPECIAL DELIVERIES can take place between 8am and 3pm Monday to Saturday. Flowers delivered by this service will need to be signed for by the recipient. We can track SPECIAL DELIVERY items from 1pm on the day of delivery. If you email or call our customer service department they can track the order for you.
No deliveries on either delivery option can be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. We cannot deliver any items on the same day as ordering.
Coverage
We can deliver to any address in the UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We can also deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses. We are unable to deliver any item outside the UK, including Republic of Ireland & Europe.
Should the recipient be out at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect the package or arrange re-delivery. The gift may also be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed. Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, military & business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that orders to such locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not a Saturday.
ORDERING
Please ensure that you enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
Ordering for NEXT DAY Delivery
For deliveries on a Tuesday – Saturday orders must be placed before 4pm on a Monday - Friday.
For deliveries on a Monday orders must be placed before 11am on a Saturday and for guaranteed Monday delivery the Special Delivery option must be selected – except where Monday is a Bank Holiday when it will be delivered on a Tuesday.
Orders placed before 11 am on a Saturday with the Standard Delivery option are delivered Monday/Tuesday - except where Monday is Bank Holiday when it will be delivered on a Tuesday/Wednesday.
Orders placed after 11am on a Saturday and all day Sunday will be delivered Tuesday if placed with Special Delivery.
Orders placed after 11am on a Saturday and all day Sunday will be delivered Tuesday/Wednesday if placed with Standard Delivery.
Advance Ordering
We can also take orders up to 14 days in advance on our sophisticated ordering system at any time, on any day.
Message Card All orders include a personal message which is printed on glossy card and placed inside the box. Your chosen message can be entered during the ordering process. Please remember to include your own name on the message as this will not be automatically included. The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card - we don't pass on any other details about the order.

Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of service.
Phone lines are open 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on a Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

We aim to respond to all customer service enquiries within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days. If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 days after receipt. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date on flowers despatched by first class post.
CANCELLATION
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days prior to delivery.
PRIVACY POLICY We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information given to us when you place an order. This information is used to process your order, contact you regarding the order if necessary and to provide you with the best possible service. We collect the information directly and do not disclose buyers information to third parties. All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The personal message with the gifts is positioned so it cannot be read during transit.
GENERAL
Bunches reserves the right to supplement and amend these Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms and Conditions when using the kiosk
